Burrow (1)

(1) The burrow is a coming together of species and geophysical territories under the ground. In the burrow, thousands of sounds comes from all sides unseen, travelling through tunnels of exit and entrance, through soil and roots, through rotting matter and bodies of creatures. Sound, both audible and imperceptible is unhinged from its source, yet it still communicates. In the burrow, sound is suspended along registers that are informative and entirely unformed as a material of expression.
